Getting Comfortable With Touch Controls
Touch controls get a bad rap, and sometimes it's deserved. But a lot of the frustration comes down to settings people never adjust. A couple of tweaks can change everything.
First, sensitivity. Most racing and action games default to something either too twitchy or too sluggish. Spend two minutes in the options before you judge a game. Neon Dash Circuit went from frustrating to great the moment I lowered the tilt sensitivity.
Second, how you hold the phone. Landscape gives your thumbs more room for anything action-heavy. Portrait is fine for casual taps like Casinacho Games, but faster games breathe better sideways.
Finally, play in short bursts while you learn. Your hands tense up when you're new, and that tension causes misinputs. Relax, take breaks, and the muscle memory follows.
